Gold Mart of the World Invest International (Gold & Silver Import–Export Company)

(1) Investment Range

Individuals, institutions, and foreign investors may invest in Gold Mart of the World Invest International with a minimum amount of NPR 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) up to NPR 1,000,000 (One Million) and above NPR 1,000,000, subject to this investment policy.

(2) Investment Tenure

Investment tenures shall be:

  • 6 months
  • 1 (One) Year
  • 2 (Two) Years
  • 3 (Three) Years

The selected tenure must be clearly stated in the investment agreement.

(3) Net Profit Basis

Annual profit rates shall be calculated on a Net Profit basis as follows:

  • NPR 100,000 to NPR 1,000,000: 40% (Forty Percent)
  • Above NPR 1,000,000: 36.5% (Thirty-Six Point Five Percent)

Profit shall be calculated annually.

(4) Profit Distribution

  • Profits shall be distributed annually only.
  • Distribution shall be based on audited financial statements.
  • Profit distribution shall be made from Net Profit after tax and statutory obligations.

(5) Early Withdrawal Clause

If the investor withdraws funds before completion of the agreed tenure:

  • The investor shall be entitled to only 17.5% annual profit.
  • Higher agreed profit rates shall not apply.
  • Administrative and processing charges may be applicable.

(6) Utilization of Fund

Investment funds shall be utilized for:

  • Gold and silver import–export operations
  • Working capital management
  • Customs duties, taxes, logistics, and insurance
  • Secure vault and warehouse facilities
  • Business risk management

(7) Investment Security

Investor funds shall be secured by: Gold and silver stock, and company business assets (both asset-backed security).

(8) Compliance

The Company shall operate in full compliance with the Company Act of Nepal, tax laws, customs regulations, Nepal Rastra Bank directives, and all applicable regulatory authorities.

(9) Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising shall be resolved in accordance with the prevailing laws of Nepal, and Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
